It is the largest collection of Grade 1 listed buildings in the UK and is the main leisure and tourist destination in Liverpool. The property comprises four buildings; Britannia Pavilion, The Colonnades, Atlantic Pavilion and Edward Pavilion.

Albert Dock is located at the heart of Liverpool’s famous waterfront which runs along the River Mersey just to the west of the city centre. Albert Dock is within the UNESCO designated World Heritage Area and one of a number of landmark buildings along the waterfront. The Three Graces, Mann Island and the Museum of Liverpool and the Cruise terminal surround Albert Dock to the north and the Kings Dock and Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre are to the south.
