Westfield Stratford City
Westfield Stratford City is Europe’s largest urban shopping and leisure destination. Launched in September 2011, the £1.75 billion development is the prestigious gateway to the Olympic Park in London and attracted an unprecedented 48 million visitors in the Olympic year.
Westfield Stratford City encompasses over 250 shops, over 80 places to eat and drink, and is anchored by John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, and a 17-screen Vue cinema in addition to All Star Lanes bowling, Gymbox and Aspers casino. Westfield Stratford City is also home to three hotels with over 600 rooms, 1,000 student flats and Grade A office space.

As part of the Olympic Masterplan, Westfield Stratford City will develop up to 1,200 homes and 1.1 million sq ft of office space.

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is now open following transformation after the 2012 Games. The Park is a new element of the City, in the heart of East London. Sporting and social venues and attractions sit alongside homes, schools and businesses, building communities amongst open green spaces and pieces of art.

It will become London’s leading destination for leisure, life and business; a model of modern, sustainable urban regeneration, attracting an estimated 9.3 million visitors per year fully utilising the legacy programme from the 2012 Olympic Games.

Commercial Office Space
The Westfield office developments and the International Quarter will provide five million square feet of flexible commercial office space. The Press and Broadcast Centre has now been converted into 91,000 square metres of new business space branded as iCity and is already the new home of BT Sport.

New Homes
The Athletes’ Village has become East Village and provides 2,818 new homes for the area, residents started to move in at the end of 2013 and will continue into 2014. When fully built out the East Village, along with the other residential quarters of Stratford City, will deliver nearly 7,000 homes. In addition, residential development in the Olympic Park and surrounding area will have a further 10,000 homes by 2030.

Iconic Event Venues
The Olympic Stadium will become the home of West Ham Football Club for the 2016 Season as well as hosting a number of major events. The Aquatics Centre has opened to the public as a facility for both the local communities for hosting National and International Competitions.

World-Class Attractions
The ArcelorMittal Orbit is the Park’s iconic attraction, offering stunning views over the Park and catering for private functions and conferences.
Westfield Stratford City is located in one of the most exciting, diverse and cosmopolitan catchment areas in the UK; from the affluent leafy suburbs of Essex and Kent to the vibrant, densely populated, inner city streets of the City and East End.

The Centre is well connected by the Central and Jubilee lines on the Underground as well as the DLR and London Overground and mainline services. 58 trains per hour stop at Westfield Stratford City’s two railway stations, including high-speed services from Stratford International, which connect directly to London St Pancras and stations in Kent. The new bus interchange and the main Stratford bus station are serviced by 20 different bus routes and there is also a dedicated free pick-up and drop off coach bay for tour operators. Westfield Stratford City is located outside the Congestions Charge Zone and has 5,000 parking spaces in three car parks.
