We're creating a new 85-acre neighbourhood offering 8.8m sq ft of mixed-use development, including over 500,000 sq ft of retail and leisure. It's a £3bn project that's fully funded and on track to be delivered by 2027. This is the place for big brands, experiential retail spaces & showrooms and the best in new restaurants & leisure concepts who benefit from the international significance of this address, established footfall and phenomenal event day traffic. Quintain have already secured Boxpark to operate their 3rd and largest site to date on Olympic Way and a West End Theatre Production Company has taken Fountain Studios, the original home of X Factor, with the first production staged this spring. On top of all of this, we’re marketing a purpose built, 16,000 sq ft (700 person capacity) music venue, 30,000 sq ft of gym space, up to 100,000 sq ft of D2 space, a health centre, a standalone coffee shop and workspace suitable for micro brewing or coffee roasting!
