With over 40 outlets forming a mostly Irish retailer docused shopping centre, with anchor tenants Heaton, and Eason. The centre promotes and support local and fair trade products, community projects and charities.

The shopping centre is located just off the A250 Pearse Road, in the south of the town, and a few hundred meters from the N14/N56 main arterial routes.
