Loch Lomond Shores is a mixed use development comprising of a 70,000 sq ft retail crescent, restaurant facility and the new Loch Lomond aquarium.

Loch Lomond Shores situated on the south bank of Loch Lomond next to the town of Balloch approximately 20 miles north west of Glasgow. The subjects are situated adjacent to the A82 which is the main arterial route between Glasgow and Fort William on the west coast of Scotland. It is situated within the Loch Lomond and Trochachs National Park. Access to Loch Lomond Shores can also be obtained from the A801 which links Balloch to Stirling and in turn the M80 and the M9 motorways.
