Horizon Shopping Park Farnborough,

Horizon Farnborough is a new retail development providing over 112,000 sq ft of A1 consented retail warehouse accomodation.

Once combined with the 86,200 sq ft Solartron Retail Park, the destination will be the dominant House & Home Retail Warehousing cluster in its catchment.

New retail units are available from 9,000 to 15,500 sq ft Ground Floor plus Mezzanine with flexibility possible. Planning has been granted and development is due to commence in 2016. The new scheme will benefit from 228 free car parking spaces.

Occupiers currently represented include DFS, Furniture Village, Betta Living and ScS.

Horizon Farnborough occupies a prominent location on the edge of the town centre on Solartron Road and the A327 roundabout, opposite Solartron Retail Park. The site is a short walk from the Town Centre and The Meads Shopping Centre (619 multi storey parking spaces) and adjacent to an 85,000 sq ft Asda Superstore (520 parking spaces) and 130,000 sq ft B&Q Warehouse (462 parking spaces).
