Haldo Retail Park is to provide circa 60,000 sq. ft. of A1 retail space, with a 10,000 sq. ft. garden centre and circa 216 car parking spaces, fronting Western Way, opposite a new ASDA foodstore. Western Way is access via Newmarket Road (A1302), which in turn links directly to Junction 42 of the A14.

The park will have the benefit of direct access from Western Way at the roundabout with ASDA and separate servicing via Olding Road.

The town is located some 28 miles east of Cambridge, 25 miles North West of Ipswich and 79 miles north east of London, with road communications provide by the dual carriageway A14, linking the town to Ipswich to the east and Cambridge and the M11 to the west.
