Chorley is a market town in Lancashire, in north west England, situated approximately 44.8 km (28 miles) north west of Manchester, 19.2 km (12 miles) south of Preston, 16 km (10 miles) south west of Blackburn and 14.5 km (9 miles) north of Wigan. The town benefits from excellent transport communications being strategically situated between two of the North West’s main motorways, the M6 and M61. The property is close to the heart of the town centre and just off the roundabout junction of the A6 which is the main arterial road that runs through Chorley from south to north.
