Aztec West is home to the 4-star Aztec Hotel, a Lodge on the Park budget hotel and Starbucks.

The Aztec Centre provides an excellent environment to both the 6000 people who work on the park along with employees and residents from the surrounding businesses and homes to Aztec West. Major employers on the park include WS Atkins, Vodafone, GE Capital, Everything Everywhere, RAC, Co-op Legal Services, Liverpool Victoria, RBS, Aardman Animation and Virgin Media.

Construction is also underway on a new bed Spire specialist medical centre.

Aztec West is close to Junction 16 of the M5 Motorway, less than 1 mile from the M4/M5 Interchange, providing fast access to London, South Wales Midlands and the North.
