These units form part of a parade of shops within Piccadilly Circus Underground station. They occupy a prominent location within the station adjacent to exit 2. The units can be occupied separately or as one. There is no water or drainage in either unit and both are currently vacant.

The station is on the Piccadilly line between Green Park and Leicester Square and on the Bakerloo line between Charing Cross and Oxford Circus. A tourist attraction in it’s own right, Piccadilly Circus has great connections to London’s famous shopping destinations on Oxford Street and Regent Street as well as the bustling theatre district of Shaftesbury Avenue.
