15grams have been roasting specialty coffee for two years. We supply our ethically sourced coffee to a handful of coffee houses across London.

Our founder, Joe, has years of experience growing and managing coffee businesses with community and customers at the heart of his approach.

We will use our expertise to open a coffee house to serve customers the quality coffee we roast.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and services and will continue this in our coffee house. As aligned with our core values, we want our shop to have the community at the heart of all that we do.

- Fresh , local seasonal produce

- Support small local food suppliers

- Source all our staff from the local area and provide training and support.

- Use the space, out of hours to host community events (e.g. art classes, book readings, group meeting space

- 300 to 800 sq ft.

- All interesting London neighbourhoods.
