Mago Capital acquires prominent Kensington High St retail parade

Mago Capital has acquired 129-137 Kensington High Street, a prominent retail parade in West London. The Chimes Shopping Centre in Uxbridge, West London, has completed the reletting of its former Debenhams department store after signing a trio of F&B brands. Pizza Express will open on the High Street before Christmas, while Taco Bell and Afrikana will occupy the last remaining available space that made up part of the former department store. Taco Bell is targeting a December opening, with Afrikana set to launch in January.
