The Boulevard outlet shopping centre in Banbridge, Northern Ireland has announced that 2025 was its most successful year to date, with record figures in both sales and footfall. The centre finished the year with total sales up by 11.5% year-on-year, while footfall at the scheme increased by 12.3% compared to 2024. Performance at the centre in December was particularly strong, marking the best month in The Boulevard's history since it opened.

IKEA has opened its first-ever outlet store at The Boulevard in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. Operating as a pop-up until Spring 2026, the 2,691 sq ft store will serve as a hub for planning services, home furnishings, and online order pick-ups. The store offers a selection of 150 home furnishing accessories available for immediate takeaway, spanning kitchen, bedroom and living room products.

Hollywood Bowl is set to open its second location in Northern Ireland at The Boulevard in Banbridge, Northern Ireland, following a £9m development. The leisure operator will open a 23,000 sq ft, 21-lane bowling lane and family entertainment centre after the Planning Committee of Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon County Council granted planning permission for the development. This will see a £9m development of the western part of the scheme, with the landlord set to create a ‘Food and Entertainment Quarter' spanning 60,000 sq ft, which expands the gross leasable area to approximately 220,000 sq ft.
