Frasers Group has appointed Savills to provide property management services at Swindon Designer Outlet. Situated within the historic Great Western Railway buildings in the centre of Swindon, the outlet centre extends to 250,000 sq ft and comprises 110 units. The scheme has recently seen improvements in footfall, turnover, and average spend, supported by the arrival of brands such as Rituals, Crocs and ONLY, alongside reinvestment from long standing tenants.

Frasers Group acquires Wiltshire outlet shopping centre

Frasers Group has continued its acquisition spree with the purchase of Swindon Designer Outlet in Wiltshire. The outlet shopping centre, which opened in 1997, extends to 250,000 sq ft and attracts more than three million visitors annually. The scheme is home to retailers and brands such as Nike, Adidas, BOSS, Calvin Klein, Crocs, and Tommy Hilfiger. The announcement comes just a month after Frasers Group's acquisition of Braehead Shopping Centre in Glasgow.
