MAJOR TOWN CENTRE REDEVELOPMENT PROPOSED RETAIL OPPORTUNITIES. Resilienti working in partnership with Barnsley Metropolitan Council are carrying out a substantial redevelopment of Hoyland town centre and have already completed the works on the car park located on Duke / West Street and have relocated the town market. Construction has commenced on two prominently positioned sites at the heart of Hoyland town centre. The redevelopment is to include up to 23,500 sq ft of retail with pre-lets agreed with Boyes and Ladbrokes.
