Sephora has opened its sixth store in the UK and its first in the West Midlands at Hammerson's Bullring & Grand Central in Birmingham. The 4,925 sq ft store – which welcomes over 2,000 customers on the opening weekend – offers a range of products across across makeup, travel, fragrance, skincare, haircare, grooming, and wellness. The cosmetics retailer made its bricks-and-mortar debut in March 2023 at Westfield London, and has since opened stores at Westfield Stratford, Manchester's Trafford Centre, Eldon Square in Newcastle, and Metrocentre in Gateshead.

Touchwood in Solihull is nearly at full occupancy after the signing of four retail and dining brands to the scheme. Wing Kingz, House of Tweed, Yankee Candle, and Indico Street Kitchen will all open at the shopping centre within the coming months. Costa Coffee is also set to relocate at Touchwood, opening an upsized store spanning two floors at the beginning of November. The first of the new arrivals to open will be House of Tweed, with the fashion and accessories retailer opening on 1 November.

Korean beauty brand PURESEOUL has opened at Hammerson's Bullring & Grand Central in Birmingham, as the scheme sees a boost in health and beauty sales. The retailer has made its Midlands debut, opening only its second store outside of London on Bullring's middle level. The 800 sq ft unit stocks over 900 different products across make-up, skincare, and haircare, and offers personalised skincare advice from staff specialising in Korean beauty.
