Kennedy Way is the Town Centre for Immingham. The scheme has recently been subject to a multimillion pound regeneration project including a major new food store which was pre-let to Tesco and is now available in part, by way of an underletting. Home Bargains have recently exchanged on 19,784sq. ft. in part of the development and are due to open Spring 2017. Other retailers within Kennedy Way include Aldi, B&M, Poundstretcher, Betfred, Cooplands, Natwest, Coral and Heron Frozen Foods.
