Canada Life Asset Management has placed a retail park in Grimsby on the market for £4.46m. Constructed in 1997, High Point Retail Park spans 33,070 sq ft and is currently home to Currys and Dreams. Wren Kitchens signed a lease for the third and final unit in July and is yet to open. Currys has been in occupation since 1997 and renewed in 2019, whilst Dreams has traded since 2018 and renewed in 2023.

Alexandra Retail Park, Grimsby's largest retail park, has been sold to commercial property and investment company LCP, part of European investment operation M Core. The retail park formerly owned by Zurich Assurance Ltd has 560 parking spots, spans 125,695 sq ft and houses popular national brands like Matalan, SCS, The Food Warehouse, Argos, Pets at Home, and Poundstretcher. The undisclosed transaction is part of LCP's proactive approach to acquiring properties within shopping parades, centers, and retail parks across the nation.

North East Lincolnshire Council has invited local contractors to a drop-in session as it begins the next phase of its multi-million pound redevelopment of Grimsby's Freshney Place. The council is organising the event alongside Morgan Sindall Construction, which is delivering the leisure scheme. Contractors within the construction industry are invited to Grimsby Town Hall on July 7 between 9am and 3pm to discuss the developments.
