Catella APAM, acting on behalf of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, has completed six new retail lettings over the last eight weeks at Morgan Quarter in Cardiff, totalling approximately 16,000 sq ft. The new occupiers include De Montfort Fine Art, Kokoro, Amplifon, Pop Specs, Busby & Fox, and Socktopus. Morgan Quarter comprises a collection of historic shopping arcades linking Cardiff's principal retail pitches.

St David's shopping centre in Cardiff is set to welcome a flurry of new brands before Christmas. Beauty retailers Sephora and PURESEOUL, menswear specialist Charles Tyrwhitt, and sandwich shop Which Wich will all join the scheme in the coming months. Charles Tyrwhitt and Charles Tyrwhitt will both be making their Welsh debuts at the centre. St David's will also be welcoming JD Sports and Hollywood Bowl’s family entertainment complex in 2026.

Korean beauty retailer PURESEOUL has opened its 10th store and its first in Wales at St David's Shopping Centre in Cardiff. The opening of PURESEOUL's Cardiff store – which is its first outside of England – follows the brand's launch of its multi-storey flagship on London’s Carnaby Street earlier this summer, and continues a year of rapid expansion for the brand. Leslie Tang, co-founder and CEO of PURESEOUL, said: “Our offline rollout is accelerating, and this store marks the beginning of our next phase - expanding strategically, but at pace, across the UK.
