Footasylum is set to open its fourth store in Glasgow at Silverburn, making its return to the shopping centre. The footwear retailer has agreed a deal with scheme owner Henderson Park to take on a two-storey, 9,585 sq ft unit. The signing follows the recent arrivals of other fashion brands including Bershka, Hollister, Pull&Bear, and Stradivarius at Silverburn. The new will join Footasylum's existing portfolio comprising around 60 stores.

Oliver Bonas is set to open its third store in Glasgow at Silverburn Shopping Centre. The independent fashion, jewellery, and homewares retailer will take a 5,759 sq ft unit for its sixth location in Scotland. The Silverburn store will join the brand's existing Glasgow locations on Gordon Street and Byres Road. Founded in London in 1993 by Oliver Tress, Oliver Bonas has since grown into a national retailer with more than 90 stores nationwide.

Praxis has appointed Martin Botha as centre director at the St. Enoch Centre in Glasgow, following the group's acquisition of the scheme in May this year. Botha brings over 20 years of experience within Scottish retail management, joining the centre after a six-year stint at the Omni Centre in Edinburgh, where he helped develop a new leisure quarter. Prior to this, he was centre manager at both Antonine Shopping Centre in Waverley and Edinburgh Waverley Mall.
