Tunbridge Wells is a town in the county of Kent, England. There is a population of approximately 115,300 people according to the 2021 Census. The site is located to the south of the Sainsbury’s Supermarket at Linen Park Road, off the A26 a 15 minute walk from the train station and town centre. Access will be granted from Broadwater Lane.
