Hersham Green Shopping Centre is a Waitrose anchored scheme which is configured around an open mall. The scheme was built in 1985 and occupies a site area of 1.567 hectares (3.872 acres). The scheme provides total accommodation of approximately 54,500 sq ft, including a supermarket of 29,000 sq ft, fifteen shop units totalling 20,000 sq ft and office space of around 5,100 sq ft. In addition, there are 223 car parking spaces, at grade.

Eleven of the shop units plus Waitrose front on to the mall and two of the shop units, together with an office at first floor, front onto Molesey Road. In addition, there are two shop units let on long leases also fronting Molesey Road. The centre has two separate external service yards, both accessed via Molesey Road.

The Property was built in the mid-1980’s and we believe the planning permission authorising construction and use of the Property in its current form is referenced EL82/1145 at Elmbridge Borough Council.

The local search, dated 21 October 2015, revealed that the Property is situated in the Hersham Village Notes Conservation Area.

Hersham is in north-west Surrey, in the Borough of Elmbridge. It is within the Greater London Urban Area and the M25, effectively on the south-west border of the M25 and close to a collection of Surrey towns and villages, including Cobham, Molesey, Walton on Thames and Weybridge.
