The LEGO Group is set to relocate its store at Meadowhall, leading 26,000 sq ft of new upsizes, refits, and renewals at the Sheffield scheme. After more than 15 years at the centre, the toy retailer is taking a larger unit on the Lower Level High Street. The new 4,651 sq ft space is set to open this spring and will aim to act as a hub for the building community, hosting product launches, interactive experiences, and special events.

Global fashion group Inditex is set to increase its footprint at Sheffield's Meadowhall to over 70,000 sq ft, with the signings of Stradivarius and Pull&Bear. The two fashion retailers will join fellow Inditex brands Bershka and Zara, which already operate stores at Meadowhall. Pull&Bear has taken a 13,000 sq ft flagship unit within Meadowhall’s Lower Level High Street. The urban fashion brand will stock a full collection of menswear, womenswear, accessories, and footwear, set within its latest design concept.

Tesco is set to open a new store on Chesterfield High Street after signing as the new tenant at the former Marks & Spencer building. The building, located at 2-8 High Street, has been vacant since M&S relocated to Ravenside Retail Park in 2022 after decades of trading. The ground floor has since been split into three units, with the central 5,000 sq ft space now set to accommodate a Tesco Express store.
