Boux Avenue is set to open its refurbished flagship store at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent. The lingerie and swimwear retailer will open a 2,239 sq ft space in the scheme's Lower Rose Gallery, adjacent to John Lewis. The store will feature an updated shop fit, featuring new fitting rooms with concierge buttons and bespoke lighting options. This follows the recent opening of Boux Avenue's Northern flagship at Manchester's Trafford Centre in November, as well as the brand's return to Manchester Arndale last August.

International Workplace Group (IWG) has selected Dockside at Chatham Maritime in Medway, Kent for its first Humanly workspace. Designed to meet increased demand from practitioners across the healthcare and wellbeing sectors, Humanly will offer flexible, treatment-ready spaces for medical, therapy, wellness, beauty and fitness professionals. Stradivarius is set to open its first store in Kent at Landsec's Bluewater shopping centre later this month. The women's fashion brand – which is part of the Inditex group – will take a 8,488 sq ft unit on the Lower Thames Walk, adjacent to M&S. Stradivarius joined Inditex – the owner of fashion retailers Zara, PULL&BEAR, and Bershka – 1999 and is offers womenswear, footwear, and accessories.
