The Broadway shopping centre in Bradford is set to change hands in a deal worth over £70m. CoStar News has reported that real estate investment and development company Eurofund has agreed to acquire the scheme. The shopping centre was brought to the investment market last year by Savills, acting on behalf of receivers, with an asking price of £74.23m, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.5%.

British steak restaurant The Cut & Craft is set to nearly double its existing presence at Victoria Leeds, expanding its current space to introduce a new bar and lounge area. The new bar area will serve cocktails, champagne, snacks and afternoon tea. It will be complete with a dedicated stage on the ground floor to cater to late-evening entertainment and live music. The Grade II-listed building’s ornate features will remain present within the existing restaurant, with the addition of two private dining rooms on the first floor, as well as the new bar area.

Northdale Advisors has acquired Kingsgate Shopping Centre in Huddersfield from Wd Ltd for a fee in the region of £32m. The 280,000 sq ft scheme is home to tenants including The Light, Sports Direct, TK Maxx, and Boots, which is due to open later this year. The Light, a 70,000 sq ft cinema and leisure complex, anchors the scheme and opened in April 2025. The scheme sits adjacent to the town’s only other managed shopping centre, Packhorse Shopping Centre, which is predominantly home to an independent line-up of retailers and food and beverage operators.
