We're creating a new 85-acre neighbourhood offering 8.8m sq ft of mixed-use development, including over 500,000 sq ft of retail and leisure. It's a £3bn project that's fully funded and on track to be delivered by 2027. When we're finished, Wembley Park will get over 20 million visitors a year and have an annual retail spend of £328m, comparable to Ealing Broadway, Camden Town and Victoria.

The St. Anns Shopping Centre is a prime shopping scheme fronting onto Harrow's prime pitch of St Anns Road. The shopping centre is home to over 40 prime retail stores and offers over 900 car parking spaces.

Broadwalk provides the sole shopping centre in Edgware, providing a covered scheme extending to 192,000sq ft. The scheme is anchored by Sainsbury and Marks and Spencer and includes a surface car park extending to 4 acres.

London Designer Outlet has 350,000 sq ft (30,516 sq m) of retail and leisure floorspace, with 85 retail units,15 restaurants and bars, and a nine-screen Cineworld cinema complex seating 1,800 people over three levels.
