Description
Plans have been approved by Manchester City Council for a £40 million mixed-use development in Openshaw district centre in east Manchester. The scheme is set to be anchored by a 79,250 sq ft Morrisons store and will also include 76,550 sq ft of additional retail space and a health and leisure club.
Location
Openshaw is located to the east of Manchester city centre on the A635 Ashton Old Road.
