160,000 sq ft of the retail offer is based in conservation areas and historic buildings and will attract a diverse range of eclectic stores, food ‘clusters’ and outdoor seasonal markets.
A supermarket/concept store by Sainsbury’s is planned, whilst Michelin-starred restaurants and local cafés will ‘spill-out’ into the public realm. This adds to the 90,000 sq ft of retail and catering already open in St Pancras International Station.
