The Landlord has further enhanced the furnishing led tenant mix with two new lettings to Multiyork and Betta Living, both of which are now open for trade.
The retail park provides some supporting catering offer from operators including Pizza Express and TGI Friday. The Landlord has also proposed the development of a new 3,646 sq. ft pod which is currently under offer to Zizzi.
The scheme is located just off Junction 27 of the M62 motorway in Birstall, approximately 7 miles south west of Leeds City Centre. The park forms part of the dominant regional retail warehouse cluster serving the West Yorkshire conurbation.
