The scheme has a total size of circa 238,000 sq. ft which includes the owner-occupied Tesco foodstore (109,000 sq. ft). This is one of Tesco’s most successful stores in South Wales, attracting consistent and substantial levels of customer footflow onto the park. Other key occupiers at the scheme include M&S, Next, H&M and River Island; all of which have helped to establish the park as a dominant fashion destination on the outskirts of Swansea City.
Works have commenced to develop three new pods in a prominent position with good visibility onto the Pontardulais Road. These are contracted to become a Greggs, O2 and a Caffe Nero. Immediately opposite the scheme is Pontardulais Retail Park with tenants including Currys, Pets at Home and Laura Ashley.
