The scheme extends to 237,500 sq ft and is anchored by a 109,000 sq. ft owner-occupied Tesco foodstore. This is one of Tesco's most succesful stores in South Wales, attracting consistent levels of footfall onto the park. Other key tenants include M&S, Next, H&M and River Island. This mix of retailers has established the scheme as a dominant fashion destination on the outskirts of Swansea.
Three new pods have been let to Cafe Nero, O2 and Greggs in a prominent position close to the scheme entrance.
