Extended in 2004 by Hammerson, the park now comprises 15,300 sq m of retail space in 14 units, anchored by a B&Q Warehouse.
In January 2006, Hammerson reclaimed surplus space from B&Q, which was simultaneously re-let to Next and Argos.
The former Focus DIY unit was let to Tesco Home Plus which which opened in November 2008.
