Marks & Spencer and the recently refurbished Next enjoyed double digit growth in 2023 and family favourite Lego has gone from strength to strength.

Leading beauty brands include Flannels’ and Next’s leading beauty halls, Rituals, Lush and Townhouse Nails.

Popular stores include Seasalt, Hollister and Waterstones, premium brands such as Omega and Breitling and local independent creatives at Curated Makers.

Many stores have upsized to become flagships over the past five years.

The innovative Clubhouse mixes cocktails, craft beer and sharing plates with bowling, mini golf, VR darts and arcade games.

Thanks to a thriving F&B offering, we’ve converted retail space to extend the Oasis Food Court (attracting 48% of Meadowhall visitors) making space for Popeyes and Yo! Sushi.

Our successful caterers include everything from Italian family business Caffè Massarella which champions local suppliers, to street food from The Real Greek, Thaikhun and Slim Chickens while Wagamama overperformed in 2023.

We have a 58% catering conversion rate.

With 11 screens, the Vue cinema remains a huge draw for local families and students with concessions, big-screen theatre and dance events and accessible and autism-friendly screenings.

Our varied leisure offering includes Air Haus inflatables, climbing at Rock Up, Jump Inc urban playground and Funstation games for all ages.

There’s also our free outdoor Riverside adventure playground with summer splash area for children and their carers.

We present year-round free events which include regular tea dances; Santa’s Winter Village with carols, children’s meet-and-greets and festive selfie points; student nights and job fairs and more.

We’ve also supported Sheffield Hospitals Charity with the centre’s Giving Box; partnered with Yorkshire-born star Self Esteem to raise money for Breast Cancer Now!; organised sleepouts for youth support charity Roundabout and will continue to support local organisations and charities in our community.

  • Easy to access, Meadowhall is located in Yorkshire off the M1 near Sheffield, 42m vehicles pass each year.

  • We offer 12,000 free parking spaces (including greener electric charging points and disabled and family spots) and are accessible via 300 trains and 88 trams a day, as well as 100 bus services per hour.
