Description

Mostyn Champneys Retail Park together with the adjacent Parc Llandudno Shopping Park and Asda is the largest out of town retail destination in North Wales.

Location

This retail destination is located at the north end of Wormhout Way (A470) which is some 4.7km (2.9 miles) from the A55 expressway which links Llandudno to the rest of North Wales. The scheme comprises 22 units offering a wide mix of retailers. In addition BHS, Debenhams and Asda are trading nearby giving the location further critical mass.

Mostyn Champneys is situated immediately to the east of Llandudno town centre, on an island site, bounded by Mostyn Broadway to the north; Clarence Crescent to the east; Conway Road to the south; and Charlotte Road to the west. A small element of the park, lies outside these boundaries, being situated to the west of Charlotte Street.
